FAQs

How can I transfer important or imperative actions?

You have created your important or imperative actions, but you do not know how to transfer them when delayed.

There are two ways to transfer an action (either important or imperative):

  • When you close your day and you have not completed your actions, clicking on the “Close day” button will trigger a window showing your non-completed actions in your day; this way, you will be able to re-schedule those actions.
  • If your action is not delayed, just go to the specific functionality and choose a date for your specfic action.
I’m a Licensee. Can I use the app?

The short answer: yes, you can use the app.

In order to do that, you must click on the link “I also want to be a client” under your profile data in iMy-Tyme™ Management Web Dashboard. Then you’ll be enabled to get a subscription the same way your Clients do.

Ah, and this also applies if you’re a Franchisee or a Master Licensee.

Why do I get a blank screen in my browser?

You could experience this issue if you don’t enable third-party cookies to be used when accessing iMy-Tyme™ in your web browser. They are needed for iMy-Tyme™ to be able to synchronize with external accounts from Google or Microsoft.

You can allow https://app.imy-tyme.com and https://be.imy-tyme.com in the “Cookies and site data” section of your web browser settings while letting “Block third-party cookies” checked.

Can I synchronize my Outlook calendar?

We must distinguish email and calendar accounts from email and calendar (client) software:

  • Outlook.com is a provider for email and calendar accounts
  • MS Outlook is a piece of software acting as a client to access email accounts of different providers

You can configure calendar synchronization in two independent channels:

  1. Synchronization through own device calendar application
  2. Direct synchronization (or “on the fly synchronization”) when accessing iMy-Tyme™ by using your web browser
