Change your email

Sometimes, the email you used to sign up to iMy-Tyme™ might become obsolete or deprecated for any reason. Don’t worry! You can change your email and keep your account and data.

Log into iMy-Tyme™ Management Web and follow these simple steps:

  1. Access your Dashboard
  2. Click on the link Change email
  3. Fill in the new email you want to link your account to
  4. Confirm your new email address by filling in the corresponding field
  5. Provide your current password
  6. Click on Change my email
  7. You will be notified about your change on both email addresses. This will let you know should your account were compromised, so you could contact iMy-Tyme™ Support Service Desk (or drop them an email).
