How to create a new Licensee

If you are a Master Licensee, you can add your managed Licensees easily by following this step-by-step procedure.

  1. First, as a Licensee can have multiple users, create the new Licensee node (known as Licensee entity). This is done in the Licensees area of your user in the iMy-Tyme™ Management Web.
  2. The second and final step is to populate the Licensee node with Associated Licensee users (at least one). To achieve this, you have to start editing the Licensee entity (if you are not already in edition mode) and click the “plus” (+) button under ASSOCIATED LICENSEE USERS. Then a small form appears enabling you to fill in the user data (name, surname, country, email). If the email used doesn’t match an existing user, the newly created one will receive an automatic email to reset the random pasword that has been assigned to them. That’s all.

Should the Licensee entity need more users to be assigned, you can click the “plus” button more times so you can enter their data. All that users will share the same Licensee profile and link-up code and will be enabled to see info on the same Licensee’s clients.

TIP: Be careful to write correct email addresses so automatic enrollement mails sent on saving Licensee information are not missed.
