I can’t login to iMy-Tyme™ app

There are several reasons that could impede you to login to iMy-Tyme™ app. We will try to cover all of them in this article.

Your account is not confirmed

When you sign up, you must receive an automatic email with a link to confirm your account. If you don’t click on it before its expiration, your account doesn’t get confirmed. If you see a message telling the link has expired when you click on it, too much time has elapsed. But don’t worry!

  1. Click on the iMy-Tyme™ logo, in the upper left corner to go to the login page.
  2. Beneath the username and password fields, click on «Didn’t receive confirmation instructions?» to go to the confirmation instructions page.
  3. Fill in the field with your registered email address and click the button to receive a new confirmation link. Due to security reasons, it expires after 24 h.

You have forgotten your password

If you forgot your password, you can use the link provided under the user and password fields «Did you forget your password?». It takes you to the iMy-Tyme™ Management Web recovery password page:

  1. Fill in the input box with the email address you used to register into the system
  2. You will recieve an email with instructions on how to set a new password. Follow them and you will be able to login again!

Your account is locked

If you try too much times to login by using a wrong password, your account may be locked down for security reasons. If you consider this could be your case, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the iMy-Tyme™ Management Web login page
  2. Use the link under the fields «Did you forget your password?». It takes you to the iMy-Tyme™ Management Web recovery password page.
  3. Click on the link «Didn’t receive unlock instructions?» under the form to go to the Account unlocking page
  4. Fill in the input box with your email address to request for an email with instructions to unlock your account

Account unlocking

You don’t have a valid user license

If you can login to iMy-Tyme™ Management Web but you can’t log into the app, maybe you don’t have a valid user license. If that’s the case, you will see a list of available user licenses for purchasing into your Dashboard.
