iMy-Tyme™ Management Web user guide for Licensees

This article helps Licensee users by describing their available menus in iMy-Tyme™ Management Web.

User menu

The user menu is shown as a dropdown list when the cursor pointer hovers the user email on the right top of the pages.

Edit profile

Description

This link takes the user to the page where they can change their account data: name, surname and favorite language.

Procedure

  1. Log in
  2. Take the mouse cursor to the right top of the page and hover your email
  3. Slide the mouse to point the Edit profile element and click on it
  4. Edit your name and/or surname by writing them down into their corresponding edit fields
  5. Select another language if you want (subject to availability)
  6. Click on the Update button

Logout

Description

This option ends the user session.

Dashboard

Profile details

Description

The Dashboard link in menu will take the user to the first page they can access when they log in.

The first section in it will show them their profile details (email used to sign up, name, surname, profiles and link-up code) and will provide them with several links:

  • One link to the Edit password operative
  • One link to view their Licensee entity (Show Licensee)
  • Another one to their Master Licensee entity (Show Master Licensee)

Edit password

Description

This operative will let the user to set a new password.

Procedure

  1. Log in. If the user is already logged in, access Dashboard by clicking on the link Dashboard in menu.
  2. Click on the link Edit password
  3. Write down the current (old) password
  4. Write down a new password
  5. Confirm it by writing it down again in the corresponding edit field
  6. Click on the button Update user

Change email

Description

The user can change the email linked to their account.

Procedure

  1. Log in. If the user is already logged in, access Dashboard by clicking on the link Dashboard in menu.
  2. Click on the link Change email
  3. Fill in the new email you want to link your account to
  4. Confirm your new email address by filling in the corresponding field
  5. Provide your current password
  6. Click on Change my email
  7. You will be notified about your change on both email addresses. This will let you know should your account has been compromised, so you could contact the Client Support Service.

Show Licensee

A Licensee user belongs to a Licensee entity that might contain another Licensee users. Please, click on this link to access your Licensee entity and you will see:

  • Your Licensee data:
    • Link-up code
    • Licensee identity
    • General email
    • General telephone number
    • Whether it is active or not
  • The users belonging to this entity, shown as rectangles with some data: full user name, email address and residence country.
  • The button letting you edit this Licensee entity

Edit Licensee

By clicking this later button, a Licensee user can edit its own Licensee entity.

Procedure
  1. Click on the Edit button from the Licensee page
  2. The user will be able to edit details on the entity (on the top part of the page) and the list of the licensee users belonging to it.
    • To edit the entity details, use the edit fields within the upper part of the page
    • To add new users to the entity, click the + link at the beginning of the list and fill in the new form (name, surname, email and country). When finished the Master Licensee edition, the newly created users will receive an email to change their passwords in order to being able to access the application.
    • To take out any of the Licensee users within the Licensee entity under edition, click on its Unlink user link.

License

Licensee and Master Licensee users are not, by default, Clients for iMy-Tyme tablet application. But a link (“I also want to be a client”) appears in this section enabling them to become clients only by clicking on it. Once the Master Licensee user has clicked on that link, it is substituted by the available purchase options.

Reports

Client report

Description

You will be able to get a list containing the clients under your responsibility.

Procedure

  1. You will need to be logged in. After that, click on the Client report under the Reports menu.
  2. When your user is responsible for more than one entity, you will need to select the one(s) to be used in order to filter the clients.
  3. Choose between the shown date ranges or define the one you need when selecting Other
  4. Click the button Client report so it can be produced and downloaded

Clients

Use this menu item to access the list of Clients having your Licensee entity as the one assigned to them. Each of them will be shown as a rectangular object containing some relevant data:

  • Name and surname (a link allowing to see some more details)
  • Email
  • Country
  • Assigned Licensee entity
  • Account status
  • Account confirmation date

Here the user has a searching form which can be used to filter down the list according to several criteria:

  • Name: some text included in their name and or surname
  • Email: some text contained in their email address (the one used to sign up)
  • Client country
  • Account status
  • Account confirmation date range
